1. The closing date of the application for admission is 30 April 2008.
2. All applicants to the Xiamen Academy shall:
(1) Have studied law for at least 4 years or have an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Curatorium of the Academy, and
(2) be fluent in English.
3. The admission office of Xiamen Academy retains the right to require all applicants to supply related documents or certificates to show their qualification or competency.
4. Admissions are granted on a first-come-first-served basis, so we encourage our applicants to submit their application form as soon as possible. All applicants are required to fill out the registration form (downloadable from our website) clearly and completely, with accurate and truthful information.
5. Other Information
5.1. All registration correspondence is conducted via email or mail service with the provision of accurate email and mail addresses by the applicants.
5.2. Visa Application: All fees necessary for acquiring China entry visas shall be payable by the applicants. However, The Xiamen Academy may provide any necessary assistance to the applicants to facilitate their visa application.
5.3. Please note that all students of the Xiamen Academy will need to provide their own computers or laptops for their daily research.
5.4. All applicants are required to fill out the registration form (downloadable from our website) clearly and completely, with accurate and truthful information.
5.5. If you would like to apply for the scholarship, please check the corresponding box in the registration form and make clear the type of scholarship you intend to apply.
5.6. Admissions are granted on the basis of early-apply-early- consideration condition, so we encourage our applicants to apply as soon as possible.
5.7. Notice of admission will be given no later than 20 May 2008.
