Prof. Milenko KREĆA is a professor of international law in University of Belgrade. He was Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law during 1989-1991, Director of the Institute for International Politics and Economics during 1997-2000. He has been the Chair of the Department of International Law and International Relations since 1997. He has also served as a judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice since 1993. Prof. KREĆA received his Master's degree with honors in 1974 and Ph.D. with distinction in 1977. He is author of many book and articles on international law in Serbian and other languages.
